Adnan Mahmutović came to Sweden from Bosnia as a war refugee in the 1990s. He is an associate professor at Stockholm University in literature and crea... tive writing. He published five monographs and edited volumes in postcolonial studies, world literature, and comics studies. His books of fiction are: Thinner Than a Hair, At the Feet of Mothers, and How to Fare Well and Stay Fair.
