Police officer who was driving van that followed teens before e-bike crash will not face charges

No charges will be brought against a police officer who was driving a van that followed two teenagers before they died in an e-bike crash, the Crown Prosecution Service has said.

The deaths of Harvey Evans, 15, and Kyrees Sullivan, 16, in May 2023 sparked riots in the Ely area of Cardiff.
